Prime Surgery Center

Prime Surgery Center is a new (2023) state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center that has two operating rooms and one procedure room. We are conveniently located in the Castleton area off of 82^nd Street between the Keystone Fashion Mall and the Castleton Mall.

Prime Surgery Center offers highly trained Board-Certified Interventional Pain Management physicians that will provide the latest in interventional pain management procedures that can be done safely in an outpatient surgical setting.  Prime Surgery Center also offers the technology and talent to do the more advanced surgical spine cases by our Board-Certified neurosurgeon.

Prime Surgery Center is licensed by the State of Indiana Department of Health, certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and has accreditation through Accreditation Commission for Health Care (A.C.H.C.).  By meeting all of the standards necessary to earn these credentials, this makes Prime Surgery Center a top quality, safe, efficient and cost-effective alternative for your healthcare needs.
